Responsibilities:Provide technical support to the site engineering team.Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.Assist in the preparation of shop drawings and as-built drawings.Conduct quantity surveying and cost estimation.Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.Location: Cairo, EgyptWork Arrangement: On-siteImpact:As our Technical Office Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our projects.

Your contributions will directly impact the quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely completion of our construction endeavors.

You will be a key point of contact, coordinating the technical information flow between all project stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in a Site technical office role or Architecture Technical Office within the construction industry.Proven experience in site engineering / architectural engineering.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation.Experience working with cross functional teams.
