Technical Office Engineer – Landscape (Civil / Architecture)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Office Engineer – Landscape to join our team and handle all technical office activities related to landscape projects.The candidate will be responsible for managing technical documentation, reviewing drawings, and coordinating all landscape-related works including softscape and hardscape.Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review landscape shop drawings (softscape & hardscape)Study landscape drawings, specifications, and BOQsPerform quantity take-offs for all landscape elementsPrepare RFIs and technical submittals for landscape materialsCoordinate with site team, consultants, and subcontractorsReview irrigation layouts and coordinate with relevant disciplinesFollow up project progress and prepare reportsEnsure compliance with project specifications and landscape standards

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering5–8 years of experience in technical office (Landscape projects is a must)Proven experience in landscape works (softscape & hardscape)Strong knowledge of shop drawings and quantity surveying (landscape)Very good command of AutoCAD and Microsoft ExcelExperience in BOQs, specifications, and cost estimation for landscape projectsExperience in preparing RFIs and technical submittals (landscape materials)Good coordination skills with site and irrigation teamsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
