Technical Office Engineer (MEP + Architectural Awareness)

ArtWave Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Technical Office Engineer (MEP) with strong architectural understanding to support our expanding portfolio of Admin offices, commercial, and hospitality Fit‑Out projects.

The ideal candidate will be capable of managing full technical deliverables from design development to tendering, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed Shop Drawings for HVAC, Power, Lighting, Plumbing, and Fire Alarm systemsDevelop coordinated Composite Drawings integrating MEP and architectural layoutsReview and understand architectural Fit‑Out elements including partitions, ceilings, flooring, and joineryPerform comprehensive Quantity Surveying and material take‑offsPrepare complete BOQ for all disciplinesDevelop full Tender Packages and evaluate contractor quotationsIssue accurate As‑Built Drawings and support site executionCoordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and compliance with specifications

Qualifications3–6 years of experience in Office & Commercial Fit‑OutStrong proficiency in AutoCAD & RevitSolid understanding of architectural Fit‑Out worksExcellent command of Excel for BOQ and quantity take‑offStrong organizational and time‑management skillsAbility to work under pressure and deliver high‑quality technical outputGender: Male preferred(MEP + Architectural Awareness)
