Technical Project Coordinator (Assistant to the CTO)

We are seeking a CTO Assistant / Junior IT Liaison who will manage the CTO’s day-to-day administrative needs while actively learning our development pipeline, coding practices, and DevOps culture.If you want to be mentored by leadership, sit in on architectural discussions, and handle the organizational glue that keeps a tech department running, this role is for you.This position requires relocation to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key ResponsibilitiesCTO & Tech Admin Support: Manage the CTO’s schedule, coordinate technical meetings, and filter incoming technical correspondence (emails, Slack messages, requests).Documentation & Sprint Support: Attend engineering/DevOps meetings, take technical minutes, document system architectures or process flows, and track action items in project management tools.Team & Vendor Coordination: Act as a point of contact between the CTO and the development teams.
Help coordinate with software vendors, manage tool licenses (AWS, GitHub, Jira, etc.), and assist in onboarding new developers.Ad-Hoc Technical Assistance: Assist the CTO with basic technical tasks, research new software tools, or help prepare presentations and technical reports.Travel & Logistics: Arrange travel and accommodation for the CTO’s business trips and handle local office coordination for the tech team.
Riyadh Relocation: Must be willing and able to relocate permanently to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.IT/Tech Background: A degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical/self-taught knowledge.
You must understand basic tech terminology (APIs, Cloud, CI/CD, Frontend/Backend).The "Can-Do" Assistant Mindset: Willingness to handle administrative tasks (scheduling, travel, documentation, organization) cheerfully and efficiently.Eagerness to Learn Coding/DevOps: A strong desire to upskill in software development or infrastructure management.
You will be exposed to our stack daily.Organizational Skills: Excellent time-management, ability to prioritize tasks, and strong communication skills.Discretion: Absolute integrity and capability to handle confidential company data and source code securely.Tech Stack / Tools You Will Use & Learn:Project Management: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Notion.Dev Environment: Git, GitHub, GitLab.Basic understanding of scripting/coding (Python, Bash, or JavaScript) is a massive plus.Why Apply?This is the ultimate "foot-in-the-door" role.
