Technical Sales Support Engineer

Job SummaryThe Technical Sales Support Engineer provides technical and commercial support to the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and technical documentation.

The role coordinates with engineering, procurement, and suppliers to develop accurate and competitive offers while maintaining customer and project information within the ERP system.In addition to proposal preparation, the role supports market research, customer analysis, competitor benchmarking, and sales reporting to help identify business opportunities and improve the company's market position.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare technical and commercial quotations.Prepare customer proposals and offer documentation.Prepare sales contracts and contract amendments.Maintain accurate contract documentation and records.Develop scope of supply, exclusions, assumptions, and commercial terms.Ensure quotations comply with customer requirements and company standards.Create and maintain quotations, opportunities, and customer records in the ERP system.Analyze customer requirements and purchasing trends.Generate sales reports and monitor quotation status.Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Marketing.Ensure timely submission of quotations and proposals.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related Field.+1 years of experience in technical sales support, proposal engineering, tendering, or project coordination.Fresh graduates with strong technical and communication skills may also be considered.Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience with ERP systems ( SAP or similar) is a plus.Understanding of quotation and contract preparation.Knowledge of industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or industrial equipment is an advantage.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
