Technical Support Engineer

We’re looking for a motivated, tech-savvy engineer who’s eager to learn, solve problems, and deliver great customer experiences.What You’ll Do: Deploy and support our applications (remote & on-site)

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Provide training and customer support Handle server configuration, maintenance & monitoring Participate in rotational hybrid shifts (24/6 support)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science 1–2 years of experience in technical support Solid Windows, Networking & Server knowledge SQL database knowledge (preferred)

Strong communication & customer-handling skills Males only
