Telecom Engineer

Our company announces its need for a Telecom Engineer to join our telecom network project execution team, working on the installation, integration, and commissioning of Nokia 3G / LTE / 5G equipment.​Work Location:​Project sites within the Arab Republic of Egypt.Duties and Responsibilities:​Execute installation works for Nokia equipment and base stations for 3G, LTE, and 5G networks.​Perform Integration & Commissioning (I&C) of equipment in accordance with project requirements.​Install and connect RRUs, antennas, fiber optic cables, and power cables.​Conduct commissioning tests and ensure the integrity and safety of all connections.​Perform basic configuration of equipment in coordination with the operations teams.​Analyze and troubleshoot technical faults during deployment.​Adhere to work plans, quality standards, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.​Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and documentation of executed works.​Coordinate with project teams and clients to ensure deliverables meet the project schedule.​Comply with Nokia procedures, guidelines, and client requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:​Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.​Minimum of 1 year of experience in Nokia equipment installation and integration (higher experience is preferred).​Hands-on experience in 3G / LTE / 5G networks.​Good knowledge of Nokia equipment, such as:-​AirScale Baseband-AirScale Radio-Flexi Multiradio (considered a plus)​Proficiency in using Nokia software and tools for integration and commissioning (e.g., BTS Site Manager).​Ability to read technical layouts, schematics, and site drawings.​Good knowledge of DC power systems, fiber optics, and grounding systems.​Ability to work on field sites and travel between governorates as required.​Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office suite.​Good command of technical English.​Ability to work within a team and perform under pressure.
