Tender Senior Engineer

Responsible for analyzing project requirements, estimating costs, and compiling all the necessary documentation to prepare and submit tender proposals to potential clients.

This involves conducting thorough assessments of project specifications, coordinating with internal teams, and gathering information from subcontractors and suppliers.Ensures tender submissions comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Collaborate with all departments such as Planning team, Q.S team, and accounting team on tender requires.

Assesses project risks, Conducts profitability analysis and provides insights and recommendations regarding subcontractor and supplier selection.

Analyze tender submissions, evaluate cost breakdowns, and consider factors like project complexity, schedule, and profitability to support informed decision-making.Staying updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to construction tendering.

This ensures the company remains competitive in the market and adopts the latest methodologies, technologies, and pricing strategies.Prepare Subcontractor set “drawing, B.O.Q, spec” & follow up & Compare their quotations.

Determinate the indirect cost & overhead of the tender project.

Bachelor's degree in Civil/architecture / Landscape Engineering with strong experience in the same field.Proven experience in tendering and bidding for construction projects, preferably in a senior role.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques.Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using software applications related to construction estimation and tendering, such as MS Excel, AutoCAD, and specialized tendering software.Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to construction tendering.
