Tendering Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Prepare technical and commercial offers according to client requirements and tender specifications.

Experience in educational labs, automation systems, or industrial training equipment is a plus.

Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical requirements.

Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and pricing sheets.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure accurate proposals.

Prepare and submit technical submittals and project documentation.

Follow up on tender submissions and client inquiries.

Analyze project requirements and identify technical risks and opportunities.

Prepare project-related reports and maintain tender records.

Support project execution teams with technical clarifications when required.

Ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications.

Minimum 2 years of experience Technical Office, Tendering, Estimation, or a related field.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Good understanding of electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
