Tendering Manager

Lead and manage the end-to-end tendering process for construction projects, ensuring timely and accurate submission of bids.Analyze project requirements, review tender documents, and identify key deliverables and risks.Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, and finance teams to gather necessary information for bid preparation.Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers, subcontractors, and pricing benchmarks.Prepare detailed cost estimates, technical proposals, and commercial submissions in line with client specifications.Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to optimize bid competitiveness.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements throughout the tendering process.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform bidding strategies.Present bid proposals to senior management and provide recommendations for go/no-go decisions.Continuously improve tendering processes and tools to enhance efficiency and win rates.

Minimum of 6 years’ experience in tendering, bidding, or proposal management within the construction industry.Proven track record of managing complex tenders and securing successful project awards.Strong understanding of construction methodologies, cost estimation, and contract negotiation.Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and tendering software.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.Fluency in English;

Arabic language skills are a plus.
