Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG or retailStrong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behaviorExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with ability to translate data into insightsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentStrong organizational and project management skills
