Training Manager

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the annual Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with business objectives.Prepare and manage the annual training budget and monitor expenditures.Establish learning policies, procedures, and training standards.Conduct annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all departments.Design, coordinate, and deliver technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs.Develop onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.Manage leadership development, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.Coordinate mandatory legal, health & safety, and compliance training.Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees in coordination with departmentmanagers.

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Train the TrainerExperience6–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development .Experience in retail, hospitality, food & beverage, manufacturing, or multi-site operations is preferred.age not exceed 40 years
