Swiss Garments Company is Hiring: Fleet Manager | Transportation Manager!Join our Operations team as a Fleet Manager | Transportation Manager and play a key role in managing transportation operations, fleet efficiency, maintenance performance, and service reliability.

You will lead daily movement operations, coordinate with transportation service providers, and ensure smooth employee transportation and company vehicle operations.????️ Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation operations with external transportation providers, ensuring smooth employee shuttle rotations for morning arrivals and end-of-day departures, in addition to managing company vehicles assigned for business trips and operational errands.
• Oversee vehicle scheduling and optimize fleet utilization to meet operational requirements.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to maximize vehicle availability and reduce downtime.
• Supervise repairs, workshop activities, and spare parts availability to ensure operational continuity.
• Monitor fuel consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Follow up on accidents/incidents investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and manage fleet budgets, operating costs, and vendor-related expenses.
• Generate regular reports on fleet performance, utilization, and cost efficiency.
• Lead, evaluate, and develop the fleet operations team to drive high performance and service excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of experience in the same job title (Fleet Manager / Transportation Manager).
• Strong background in transportation operations, fleet management, and vehicle maintenance.
• Experience in dealing with transportation vendors and service providers.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of MS Office and ERP System.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.????
