- Book domestic and international airline tickets efficiently and accurately using the Amadeus system.
- Provide expert travel consultations to clients regarding the best destinations based on their budget, preferences, and requirements.
- Recommend suitable hotels, resorts, and accommodations that match client needs and desired comfort level.
- Plan and arrange all ground transportation and transfers (airport-hotel-tours-return) for each trip.
- Coordinate various transportation services, including private transfers, shared shuttles, taxis, and limousines, according to client requests.
- Compare and evaluate flight and hotel offers to secure the best value and prices for clients.
- Monitor and manage client bookings while making necessary modifications until departure.
- Deliver comprehensive pre-travel advice including visa requirements, travel insurance, baggage guidelines, and safety information.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through excellent after-sales service and follow-up.
- Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, business administration, or any related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of the Amadeus reservation system is a plus (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
- Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Passion for travel and strong knowledge of international destinations (preferred).
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
