Key Responsibilities:Handle hotel bookings according to client needs.Manage and update data in the company’s system.Dealing with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and solve issues.Negotiate to secure the best prices and services for the company & clients.Ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.2-5 years of proven experience in travel operations, tour coordination, or a similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and partner interactions.Proficiency in travel management systems and office software (MS Office Suite, reservation platforms).Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.Flexibility to work onsite and adapt to changing schedules.Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
