Treasury Section Head

Supervise daily treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, and banking activities.Demonstrate hands-on experience with banking risk systems, including treasury, liquidity, and credit risk monitoring tools, ensuring effective risk assessment and compliance with banking standardMonitor and manage company cash flows to ensure optimal liquidity and timely funding of business operations.Oversee the preparation and review of cash flow forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to manage relationships, negotiate terms, and resolve issues.Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements related to treasury activities.Review and authorize payments, fund transfers, and investment transactions in accordance with company guidelines.Prepare and analyze treasury reports, including bank reconciliations, cash position statements, and variance analyses.Support the implementation and enhancement of treasury management systems and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.6-8 years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.Proven experience in construction or development industry is must Strong understanding of cash flow management, banking operations, and financial instruments.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder management.Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and commitment to confidentiality
