The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our trucking fleet, ensuring efficient logistics, compliance with regulations, and exceptional customer service.

Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage operations teams, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local and international safety standards and regulations, including regular maintenance and inspections of vehicles.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the operations budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
Operations Optimization: Analyze and improve operations processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, driver performance, and operational metrics for senior management.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational issues that arise, implementing proactive measures to prevent future occurrences.
