UI/UX Designer (Full-Time) – Relocation to Shenzhen, China

About iQiblaiQibla is building one of the world’s leading Muslim lifestyle and faith-tech ecosystems, connecting smart devices, mobile apps, and online communities to serve Muslim users around the world.Our products include Zikr Ring, Qibla direction tools, prayer features, Tasbih, Quran-related content, and smart wearable devices designed for Muslim daily life.We already have strong user traffic across our App, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.

Now we are looking for a dedicated Community Manager to help us turn traffic into trust, engagement, loyalty, and business growth.Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join iQIBLA's product team in Shenzhen, China.

We will help you relocate from Egypt to China.This role is not only about creating beautiful interfaces.

It is about understanding Muslim users, improving the overall user experience, increasing engagement and retention, and designing features that help grow the iQIBLA Life community.You will work closely with our product, marketing, and development teams to localize the application for different markets, improve usability, and continuously introduce creative ideas that increase downloads, active users, and followers of the iQIBLA Life ecosystem.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for the iQIBLA Life App.Improve user journeys to increase engagement, retention, and daily active users.Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.Conduct UX research and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.Propose creative product ideas and features that encourage users to follow, engage, invite friends, and remain active within the app.Design experiences that support community growth, social interaction, gamification, and user retention.Help localize the application for different markets by adapting the user experience, language, cultural expectations, and visual elements.Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize onboarding, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and in-app experiences.Maintain consistency across the product using design systems and UI standards.Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, mobile design patterns, and best practices.

3–7 years of professional UI/UX design experience.Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design projects.Egyptian national and Arabic speaker.Fluent in English (this is a must).Willing and able to relocate to Shenzhen, China.Proficient in Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.Strong understanding of mobile UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.Experience designing consumer mobile applications is highly preferred.Experience working closely with developers and product teams.Ability to think creatively beyond UI by proposing product improvements that drive user growth and engagement.Experience with localization or designing for multiple international markets is a strong advantage.Ideal CandidateYou are passionate about creating products that users genuinely enjoy using.You understand that great UI/UX is not only about aesthetics—it is about solving user problems, improving engagement, and creating experiences that keep users coming back.You enjoy experimenting with new ideas, optimizing user journeys, and designing features that increase retention, social interaction, and community growth.You are excited about helping iQIBLA Life become the world's leading Muslim lifestyle and faith-tech platform by creating experiences that resonate with Muslim users across different countries and cultures.
