The Underwriting & Promotion Manager is responsible for evaluating, structuring, and underwriting investment opportunities while supporting the successful launch and promotion of Bokra's investment products.

The role ensures all investment offerings comply with the company's investment strategy, Shariah principles, regulatory requirements, and internal risk standards.

Working cross-functionally with Investment, Legal, Finance, Risk, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, the manager oversees the end-to-end underwriting process and contributes to product positioning, commercialization, and market readiness.Assessing clients' risk profiles.Developing financial models to evaluate transactions and determine profitability.Supporting or supervising mergers and acquisitions transactions.Monitoring market trends and developments and providing investment related insights.Investment UnderwritingConduct financial, commercial, operational, and risk due diligence.Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and investment feasibility.Review investment assumptions, valuations, and return projections.Assess investment risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.Prepare underwriting reports and investment recommendation papers.Ensure all investment opportunities comply with Bokra's investment policies and risk appetite.Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams during transaction structuring.Product StructuringSupport the development of new investment products.Participate in designing investment structures aligned with Shariah principles.Review product profitability and financial sustainability.Collaborate with Product Management to prepare investment documentation.Ensure investment products meet regulatory requirements before launch.Promotion & CommercializationWork closely with Marketing to develop product launch strategies.Support Sales teams by providing product training and investment knowledge.Review marketing materials to ensure investment information is accurate and compliant.Develop product positioning and value propositions.Participate in product launch planning and commercialization initiatives.Risk & ComplianceEnsure underwriting activities comply with FRA regulations.Maintain compliance with internal governance frameworks.Coordinate with Risk Management during investment reviews.Monitor portfolio performance and identify emerging risks.Support internal and external audits.
