Unit Distribution Manager (Monufia)

Manage the unit through applying ADFS with the investor.Supervise and train RSS supervisors and sales representatives.Follow and maximize the investor’s ROI.Plan the work of supervisors and sales reps (areas – quantities – items).Follow up daily/monthly distribution unit sales achievements and develop improvement plans.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred MBA or equivalent postgraduate study.Experience: 5–8 years relevant experience in sales including at least 5 years in managerial roles.
