Utilities Electrical Engineer

Ensure safe and efficient operation of BMS systems, VFDs, MCC, MDB, LV panels, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution networksMonitor electrical load, voltage stability, power quality, and protection systemsSupport operation and maintenance of utilities equipment including steam generators, air compressors, cooling towers, HVAC systems, water-cooled chillers, and RO plantsPlan and track preventive maintenance activities through SAP PMLead predictive maintenance activities including thermographic and ultrasound inspectionsTroubleshoot electrical faults and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtimeEnsure compliance with EHS requirements, electrical safety standards, and regulatory requirementsLead and supervise utilities technicians to ensure effective daily operations

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering2–4 years of experience in industrial electrical utilities or manufacturing environmentsExperience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferredStrong knowledge of power distribution systems, transformers, switchgear, MCC, and MDBExperience with BMS, VFDs, and electrical control systemsFamiliarity with SAP PMKnowledge of predictive maintenance techniques (thermography & ultrasound)Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skillsLeadership and team supervision experienceGood command of English
