Key Responsibilities End-to-End Video Creation: Ideation & Scriptwriting: Brainstorm and develop original, engagingconcepts for short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)that resonate with our target audience.
Write compelling scripts andstoryboards for each concept.
Video Editing & Production: Execute the visual creation of the videos,including cutting, adding transitions, trending audio, text overlays, andvisual effects to produce high-quality, platform-native content.
Publishing & Copywriting: Write attention-grabbing captions, researchrelevant hashtags, and directly publish or schedule the video contentacross Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Social Media Management & Collaboration: Content Strategy for Static Posts: Generate creative ideas for staticsocial media posts, with a strong emphasis on Instagram grid aestheticsand engagement.
Cross-Functional Workflow: Present post concepts and strategies to theDigital Marketing Manager for approval.
Design Coordination: Once approved, brief the Graphic Designer withclear instructions and copy to bring the visual idea to life.
Final Execution: Receive the finalized designs, write engaging captions,and publish the posts across our social media channels.
Qualifications & SkillsProven experience as a Video Editor, Content Creator, or Social MediaSpecialist.
Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video content (Reels/TikToks)and social media copywriting.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, FinalCut Pro).
Deep understanding of social media algorithms, current trends, andplatform-specific best practices (especially Instagram and TikTok).
Excellent English communication and copywriting skills to effectivelyengage a US-based audience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage the contentpipeline from ideation to publishing.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remoteteam.
