Video Producer (One Man Crew)

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled, self-sufficient Solo Video Producer to handle end-to-end video production.

In this "one-man crew" role, you will be responsible for shooting, lighting, audio recording, video editing, motion graphics, and sound mixing.

You will take raw concepts and deliver polished, final-cut videos.

ResponsibilitiesShooting: Operate cameras, set up lighting, and capture clean on-set audio.Editing & Montage: Assemble raw footage into engaging, well-paced narratives.Motion Graphics: Design and integrate titles, lower thirds, and animated visual elements.Sound Editing: Clean up dialogue, mix audio levels, and add sound design/music.Asset Management: Organize files, manage project archives, and export to proper delivery specs.

Requirements & ToolsExperience: 3+ years managing full-cycle video production independently.Video Editing: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.Motion Graphics: Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.Audio Post-Production: Experience with Adobe Audition, DaVinci Fairlight, or similar DAWs for noise reduction, EQ, and final mixing.Camera Operation: Mastery of modern mirrorless/cinema cameras (e.g., Sony A7SIII/FX series, Canon C-series, or Blackmagic) and stabilization tools (gimbals, sliders).Lighting: Practical knowledge of 3-point lighting setups using continuous LED fixtures (e.g., Aputure, Amaran, Godox).Field Audio: Hands-on experience with boom microphones, wireless lavaliers (e.g., Rode, Sennheiser), and external field recorders (e.g., Zoom, Tascam).Portfolio: A strong showreel demonstrating excellence across shooting, editing, motion graphics, and sound design.
