Beroia Trading & Distribution is HiringPosition: Visual MerchandiserWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our Marketing Team and enhance our showroom presentation and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement attractive visual displays inside showrooms.Arrange products in an appealing way to increase customer engagement and sales.

Conducting periodic visits to all dealer showrooms.Ensure consistency of visual identity and brand standards.Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve product presentation.Follow market trends and new visual merchandising concepts.Prepare creative ideas for exhibitions and showroom layouts.Achieving targets related to the integration of Group products.Monitoring all materials and installation components used for this purpose.Evaluating, organizing, and screening all display locations.Managing all aspects of visual identity and ensuring its correct implementation.Training external sales teams.Creating and executing designs that reflect the company’s vision.Measuring and monitoring agreed-upon display spaces and locations within dealer showrooms.

Requirements:✅ bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.✅ 2–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising.✅ Experience in showrooms related to porcelain, furniture, curtains, fashion, or similar industries.✅ Good knowledge of design and drawing software.✅ Good command of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).✅ Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
