Warehouse Accountant

Position Overview:The Warehouse Accountant will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, inventory transactions, and ensuring accuracy in stock movement and system records.

Key Responsibilities: Record and process warehouse transactions on the system (in/out).Prepare and issue orders for sales reps and customers.Review and process pricing requests for customer orders.Monitor stock levels and prepare shortage reports.Follow up on inter-branch transfers and resolve discrepancies.Handle inventory counting and record stock adjustments.Receive goods (purchases, transfers, containers) on the system.Prepare and review packing lists and container variances.

Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.2-5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory accounting.Good knowledge of ERP systems.Strong Excel skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication skills.

Working Hours:From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMDay Off: Sunday
