- Record and monitor all warehouse-related accounting transactions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation.
- Record receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments on Odoo.
- Reconcile physical stock with system balances and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare and review inventory reports and stock movements.
- Monitor inventory valuation and ensure accurate accounting records.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Conduct and participate in periodic physical stock counts.
- Follow up on inventory discrepancies and prepare adjustment reports when required.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting and inventory procedures.
- Maintain organized records for all inventory-related transactions and documents.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse accounting, inventory accounting, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory.
- Good understanding of inventory accounting and warehouse transactions.
- Experience in stock reconciliation and physical inventory counts.
- Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Warehouse and Finance teams.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
