Warehouse Coordinator

ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and fulfill orders accurately and on time.Receive and organize inventory.Process and record customer returns in company systems.Maintain inventory accuracy and perform stock counts.Coordinate shipments with logistics partners.Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety.Monitor product batches, expiry dates, and stock movements.Support general warehouse operations and administrative tasks.

Bachelor degree or equivalent required.1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or distribution environment is preferred.Experience with Zoho Inventory is preferred.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Experience processing customer returns and maintaining accurate inventory records.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
