Warehouse Dispatch Coordinator

• Develop, gain alignment and implement project plans.
• Monitor performance, review work products, and process invoices.
• Maintain long range files and maps for staff use
• Perform quality checks to ensure client requirements are met.
• Coordinate material delivery with inventory to support manufacturing schedule.
• Monitor the cost, schedule and performance factors of critical suppliers.
• Ensure purchase transactions are carried out in a timely manner.
• Answer planning, zoning and development process questions
• Respond to inquiries, maintain records, attend meetings, and other duties as needed.
• Generate work orders and take appropriate actions to manage the day-to-day work schedule.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics.1 to 3 years of experience in Warehouses Management.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word )
