Warehouse Manager

Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.Follow up on management requests for fabric sample cutting and preparation.Ensure samples are prepared and delivered to the relevant departments on time.Supervise the release and dispatch of goods to customers.Coordinate deliveries and follow up to ensure timely receipt by customers.Prepare warehouse reports and maintain proper documentation.Coordinate with sales, administration, and logistics teams.Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management.Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse procedures.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and email communication.Experience using ERP and accounting systems, preferably Odoo.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Good communication and reporting skills.
