Warehouse Manager

Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and visionOversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operationsSetup layout and ensure efficient space utilizationInitiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and proceduresAdhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirementsMaintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and securityManage stock control and reconcile with data storage systemPrepare annual budgetLiaise with clients, suppliers and transport companiesPlan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise resultsRecruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employeesProduce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc)Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

Proven work experience 13+ as a Warehouse ManagerPlastic industry background is preferred.Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.Menofia or 6th October resident.ERP System user.
