Warehouse Manager - El Minya

Oversee daily inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations.Ensure timely receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.Ensure 100% compliance with FIFO/FEFO, batch/lot tracking, and material handling procedures.Maintain full documentation, inventory records, and ERP accuracy.Monitor equipment utilization (forklifts, scanners, automation systems).Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliation.Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.Design and maintain the most efficient warehouse layout and space utilization.Reduce warehouse handling time and improve operational throughput.Ensure adherence to company safety policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.Maintain zero safety incidents through training, inspections, and corrective actions.Manage and coach warehouse supervisors, team leaders, and floor staff.

Min 15 years experience, (5 years in leadership role)

Bachelor degreeCPIM is preferred (not a must)

Excellent management problem solving & organizing skillsSAP experience or similar ERP.Resident in Asyut or Minya.
