Warehouse Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.

Responsible for the additions and disposals of the inventory and the editing of the related documents required, whether the examination minutes or other with the isolation of damaged or expired items and to inform the specialists as well as informing the specialists while the arrival of the balance of any item to the point of re-request

2.

Responsible for any entries related to the add and exchange orders, the examination minutes for the warehouse program and the responsibility for coding stock items and others to improve the performance of the program

3.

Responsible for the safety of the stock (its nature and quantity) with regard to the compatibility of storage places with the characteristics of varieties in terms of storage areas and the appropriate temperature and the organization of inventory units and to achieve ease and security during the operations of addition and drainage of the inventory and take stock security precautions against theft,

4.

Execute and record all warehouse transactions on Odoo ERP on the same day of execution.

5.

Manage storage activities according to warehouse locations and product-specific storage requirements.

6.

Track and update Lot Numbers, Serial Numbers, and Expiry Dates accurately.

7.

Apply the FEFO (First Expire, First Out) system to ensure proper stock rotation.

8.

Prepare picking, delivery, and dispatch orders while verifying quantities and item codes.

9.

Execute internal transfers, returns, and inventory transactions through Odoo ERP.

10.

Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies and variances.

11.

Ensure compliance with quality procedures, safety standards, and storage requirements for sensitive medical products.

12.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to support business continuity and operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or any relevant field.
• 3–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within Healthcare, Laboratory, or Pharmaceutical sectors.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Odoo ERP.Required Skills:* Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
