Warehouse Operations Manager

The Warehouse Manager will be a key operational pillar — overseeing a multi-site warehousing network that supports both B2B distribution and direct walk-in sales.Role OverviewYou will own the full warehousing operation across three sites: a mega warehouse handling bulk inventory and B2B order fulfillment, a mini warehouse for secondary storage and distribution support, and an in-store warehouse serving walk-in customers directly.

You'll be responsible for inventory accuracy, team performance, and the smooth flow of stock across all three locations.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations across all three warehouse sites, ensuring each runs to its own operational standardMaintain real-time inventory accuracy across locations — receiving, storage, dispatch, and returnsLead, schedule, and develop warehouse staff across all sitesCoordinate closely with the sales team to ensure stock availability for both wholesale orders and walk-in customersImplement and maintain SOPs for stock handling, labeling, and movementMonitor and reduce inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, and damageManage inbound shipments from production and outbound dispatch to clients and distribution pointsGenerate regular inventory and operational reports for the GMEnsure the in-store warehouse is always presentable, accessible, and stocked to support the retail-facing floor team

Requirements5–8 years of warehousing or logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial roleExperience managing multi-site or multi-zone warehouse operationsStrong inventory management skills — manual systems and/or WMS softwareBackground in garments, textiles, or FMCG is a strong plusHands-on leadership style with the ability to manage and motivate ground-level teamsSolid organizational and reporting skillsProficiency in Excel or equivalent inventory tools
