Warehouse Section Head

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials and products.Plan and manage manpower allocation, ensuring smooth workflow and high productivity.Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, reconciliations, and system updates.Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Planning teams to meet material requirements and delivery schedules.Oversee loading and unloading operations, ensuring safe and damage-free handling of goods.Implement and enforce warehouse layout optimization to improve space utilization and material flow.Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards within warehouse areas.Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean warehousing initiatives.Manage performance of warehouse staff, conduct training, and support team development.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance and inventory reports.

Bachelor’s degree.6–9 years of experience in warehouse operations within the manufacturing industry.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
