Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our distribution warehouse.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in fashion, apparel, or footwear warehousing and is proficient in Odoo ERP.

Key ResponsibilitiesReceive incoming shipments and record all stock movements accurately on Odoo ERP.Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure easy and efficient product access.Supervise warehouse staff and distribute daily tasks effectively.Prepare and pack orders accurately and ensure timely handover to the shipping team.Conduct regular stock counts and ensure Odoo records match physical inventory at all times.Coordinate with the Operations Coordinator on daily order fulfillment status.Report daily warehouse activity to the Operations Manager.

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in fashion, apparel, footwear, or brand distribution.Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is a must.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.Good communication skills for coordinating with different departments.Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
