Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Receiving & Unloading: Receive and inspect incoming electronic orders and shipments for physical damage or manufacturing defects.Inventory Tracking: Accurately log, track, and label products using barcode scanners and warehouse management softwareStock Organization: Safely arrange and store electronic items in designated warehouse bays, following strict safety protocols to prevent electrical or physical damage.Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage electronics for retail floor replenishment or direct customer pickup/delivery.Stock Auditing: Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventories to reconcile stock levels and report any discrepancies.Returns & Defect Management: Process defective items, customer returns, and warranty replacements according to company policy.Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.

Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management preferably in consumer electronics industry.Career Level: This is an Experienced-level position for a professional ready to take on significant responsibility.Education: Bachelor degree is mandated, a relevant diploma or certifications in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management are highly advantageous.
