Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:Record and monitor all incoming and outgoing materials based on item, color, and quantityEnsure accurate data entry and proper documentation of all warehouse transactionsControl inventory movement and maintain proper stock levelsSupervise warehouse staff and ensure proper task distributionEnsure proper handling and storage of materialsMaintain accurate records and reports using Excel sheetsCommunicate with customers to confirm delivery schedulesCoordinate with logistics to arrange truck dispatch and delivery operationsFollow up on outgoing shipments to ensure proper executionEnsure compliance with warehouse procedures and company standards

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a related field)Strong organizational and leadership skillsGood command of Excel and email communicationHighly disciplined, organized, and detail-orientedStrong and confident personality with good communication skillsAbility to manage teams and work under pressurePrevious experience in warehouse management is preferred
