Weighing Section Head

Manage the Weighing Departments, resolve operational issues, and ensure full compliance with all established work procedures.Lead and supervise Weighing Supervisors, monitor employees' performance, and conduct their performance evaluations.Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Weighing Departments, ensuring proper implementation and adherence to all related documentation.Train newly hired Weighing Specialists and provide continuous on-the-job coaching to ensure compliance with work instructions.Identify development opportunities, determine training needs, and coordinate with the Human Resources Department to arrange required training programs.Prepare the weekly work plan for the Weighing Departments, including workload scheduling and daily coordination with the Raw Material Warehouse.Create and issue production work orders for all manufacturing batches and deliver them to the Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor.Print daily work orders from Oracle after verifying and updating warehouse data, then distribute them to each department supervisor.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant major.Language: Good command of English, both written and spoken.Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferably Oracle).Experience: 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations or materials management, including a minimum of 2 years in a similar supervisory or managerial role.
