Workforce & Planning Specialist

We are hiring a Workforce & Planning Specialist to join our team and support workforce optimization, capacity planning, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage workforce plans based on business needs and operational requirements.Analyze workforce data, trends, and performance indicators to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.Prepare workforce forecasts, staffing plans, and capacity planning reports.Monitor manpower utilization, productivity, attendance, and operational performance.Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective resource allocation.Support scheduling and workload distribution processes.Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.Provide insights and recommendations to improve workforce efficiency.Maintain accurate workforce records and reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.2–5 years of experience in workforce planning, manpower planning, MIS, or operations planning.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools.Experience in logistics, transportation, courier, or large-scale operations is preferred.Good communication and coordination skills.
