Workshop Engineer

We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations, ensure efficiency, and manage technical teams to achieve operational targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow and productivity.Manage and follow up on technicians’ and workers’ performance.Monitor workshop KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.Ensure all maintenance and repair activities are completed within the required timelines.Enforce safety and quality standards across all workshop operations.Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with operational goals.Troubleshoot technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.Previous experience working in a workshop or industrial environment.Proven ability to supervise technicians and workshop teams.Strong understanding of KPI tracking and operational performance monitoring.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
