We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workshop Maintenance Manager to join our dedicated team in Giza, Egypt.

Overview: As our Workshop Maintenance Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless operation and upkeep of our critical machinery and fleet.

Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Oversee all aspects of workshop operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.Develop and implement robust preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring timely and effective repairs.Manage fleet maintenance activities, including vehicle servicing, repairs, and compliance with all regulations.Optimize inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability while managing costs.Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations within the workshop.Contribute to budgeting and cost control initiatives related to maintenance operations.

Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong foundation in Engineering, particularly Mechanical Engineering, coupled with extensive experience in Maintenance and Workshop Management.
