Workshop Supervisor

We are hiring a Workshop Supervisor / Factory Production Coordinator for Oak Homestyle, a premium kitchens and custom woodworks company.The role is responsible for following up daily production inside the factory and making sure each project moves correctly from drawings and cut lists to assembly, accessories, packing, and installation readiness.

Responsibilities:/ Factory Production Coordinator – Kitchens & WoodworksFollow up daily production inside the workshop/factory.Track each project from cut list to cutting, edgebanding, grooving, assembly, accessories, and packing.Make sure workers understand the required tasks and deadlines.Check materials and accessories before production starts.Coordinate with the technical/design team regarding drawings, dimensions, and missing information.Coordinate with the installation supervisor before sending items to site.Check production quality before delivery or installation.Report delays, mistakes, missing items, or remake requirements immediately.Help organize work orders, priorities, and production schedules.Make sure each kitchen/unit is complete before leaving the factory.Maintain a clean and organized production flow.Update management with daily progress.

This role requires someone who understands woodwork production and can control daily execution, not just watch workers.

3+ years of experience in woodworks, kitchens, furniture, or manufacturing.Good understanding of kitchen and custom woodwork production stages.Able to read basic drawings, measurements, and cut lists.Experience following up carpenters/workers inside a workshop or factory.Strong eye for quality, details, and finishing mistakes.Organized and able to track multiple projects at the same time.Able to communicate clearly with workers, designers, and management.Basic Excel or reporting skills are preferred.Odoo or ERP experience is a plus.Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work under pressure.Experience with premium kitchens, dressing rooms, or custom furniture is a strong plus.
