- Lead and supervise the workshop teamof technicians and mechanics to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Distribute repair jobsamong technicians according to their skills, workload, and job priority.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problemsand provide technical support to technicians when required.
- Review and verify repair ordersto ensure that all required repair and maintenance work is properly completed.
- Monitor the progress of repair jobsand ensure vehicles are completed within the promised delivery time.
- Inspect completed repairsto ensure work quality and compliance with manufacturer standards and workshop procedures.
- Perform final technical checksand ensure vehicles are ready for delivery after completing the required repairs.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering holder .
- 8+ years of proven experience in automotive workshop or Authorized Dealer .
- Strong expertise in diagnosing and repairing German vehicles(Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen Group) is a MUST.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to manage and guide technicians effectively .
- Capable of running daily workshop operations with confidence and reliability .
- Proficient in using advanced automotive diagnostic equipment .
- Professional attitude, strong commitment, and presentable appearance are essential .
- Good command of English .
- Good computer skills .
