Job Description

  • Treasury Operations:Record daily cash and cheque receipts/payments, manage project petty cash, and conduct periodic cash counts.
  • Bank Accounting:Reconcile monthly bank statements, track bank transfers/LGs, and monitor daily liquidity and bank charges.
  • Accounts Receivable & Payable (AR/AP):Process vendor invoices (3-way matching), follow up on client progress billings, and prepare supplier/customer account reconciliations and aging reports.
  • Inventory & Costing:Record stock receipts/issues on Odoo, participate in periodic physical stocktakes, and allocate costs to cost centers and production orders.
  • General Ledger:Record general journal entries, assist in month-end closures, and ensure compliant document flow.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting Major).
  • 2 to 7 yearsof experience (preferably in Contracting or Manufacturing sectors).
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is a strong plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of accounting treatment, tax rules, and document cycles.
