LC Waikiki’s journey started in France in 1988, continuing after 1997 as a Turkish brand under the umbrella of LC Waikiki Mağazacılık Hizmetleri Ticaret A.Ş.Today LC Waikiki trades with more than 1300 stores in 58 countries, with the company’s philosophy that “Everyone Deserves to Dress Well” enabling people to enjoy accessible fashion through quality products at affordable prices.There are around 6000 employees working at LC Waikiki’s corporate office, more than 50,000 people in Turkey and abroad.With Us, You Will Be Responsible for:· Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions in compliance with internal policies and accounting standards;· Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, for review by management and submission to HQ in Turkey;· Performing the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing reconciliations, journal entries and supporting documentation;· Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and preparing all tax declarations in a timely manner;· Monitoring changes in tax laws and regulations and ensuring proper implementation in collaboration with management;· Ensuring proper archiving and documentation of financial records in compliance with legal requirements and company/group policies;· Assisting in the optimization of internal control and providing recommendations for process improvements procedures to ensure effective accounting practices.· Coordinating with external auditors to facilitate periodic audits and ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations;· Supporting in budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing relevant data;· Assisting in managing bank accounts, payments, financial transactions and cash flow projections.

Required Qualifications· University degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Economy;· Fluent English (written & verbal);· Good accounting background with accrual accounting mentality;· Good knowledge in local Tax laws and regulations;· Proficiency in accounting software and experience with SAP is a strong asset;· Good skills in Microsoft office tools;· Good analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills;· Result oriented and have a positive attitude with good collaboration abilities skills;· Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions; retail experience is an asset;· Eager to work in a multinational/multicultural environment.
