Job Description
We are looking for anAffiliate Marketing Leadto build, manage, and scale our affiliate network within theB2B fashion wholesale market.
The role will focus on acquiring and managing affiliates and business partners who can generate qualified leads and new customers from the fashion retail sector, includingclothing, footwear, bags, and accessories retailers.
The ideal candidate should understand the dynamics of B2B sales, wholesale fashion, retailer acquisition, and performance-based partnerships.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to support B2B customer acquisition and sales growth.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, partners, communities, and individuals who have access tofashion retailers, shop owners, resellers, and wholesalers.
- Build affiliate partnerships targeting retailers in theclothing, footwear, bags, and accessoriessectors.
- Expand the affiliate network across different cities and target markets.
- Generate qualified B2B leads and new retailer registrations through affiliate channels.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to convert affiliate-generated leads into active purchasing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-performing affiliates and business partners.
- Set affiliate targets, commission structures, campaigns, and incentive plans.
- Monitor affiliate performance including registrations, qualified leads, first orders, repeat orders, revenue, CPA, and ROI.
- Analyze the quality of customers acquired through each affiliate and optimize the network accordingly.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Creative teams to provide affiliates with offers, campaigns, product categories, marketing materials, and sales messages.
- Track affiliate traffic, leads, and sales using tracking links, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Identify fraudulent, duplicated, or low-quality leads and maintain the quality of affiliate-generated customers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering affiliate acquisition, activation, sales, and revenue.
- Research new opportunities to reachfashion retailers and wholesale buyersthrough partnerships, communities, field networks, and digital channels.
- Continuously test new affiliate acquisition models and incentive programs to increase B2B sales.
- 2–4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding ofB2B sales and customer acquisition.
- Experience inFashion, Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce, or Marketplace businessesis highly preferred.
- Knowledge of the Egyptian fashion retail market and retailer behavior is a strong advantage.
- Existing relationships or networks withfashion retailers, shop owners, sales agents, distributors, or resellersis a plus.
- Previous experience building or managing an affiliate or partner network is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, CPL, Conversion Rate, Revenue, ROI, and customer activation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of affiliate acquisition and performance.
