Agriculture Export Director

Develop and implement the company's agricultural export strategy.Identify and penetrate new international markets to increase sales and business growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and importers.Lead contract negotiations and manage commercial agreements with international clients.Oversee export logistics, shipping, documentation, and customs compliance.Coordinate with production, quality control, and supply chain teams to ensure customer requirements are met.Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.Ensure compliance with international quality standards and export regulations.Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.Lead, mentor, and develop the export team to achieve business objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of experience in agricultural exports, including leadership experience.Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.Proven track record of developing export markets and achieving sales targets.Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Fluency in English (spoken and written).Ability to travel internationally when required.
