- We are looking for a talented and highly motivatedAI Full-Stack Developer / AI Engineerto join us and take a hands-on role in developing innovative websites, web applications, mobile applications, and AI-powered digital solutions.
- This position is ideal for a developer who combinesstrong programming fundamentals with practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and modern AI-assisted development tools.
- Our objective is not traditional development involving unnecessarily long development cycles.
We are looking for someone who understands how to useAI, APIs, automation, existing frameworks, and modern development platforms to build high-quality products rapidly and efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing professional websites, web applications, and mobile applications from concept to deployment.
- Building complete applications including front-end, back-end, databases, APIs, authentication, payment integrations, dashboards, and administrative systems.
- Integrating AI functionality into applications using leading AI models and APIs.
- Developing AI-powered features such as intelligent assistants, chatbots, document analysis, automated workflows, search systems, recommendation tools, and AI agents.
- Using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining professional software-engineering standards.
- Identifying existing APIs, frameworks, libraries, SaaS services, and open-source solutions that can significantly reduce development time.
- Designing and integrating APIs between different platforms and applications.
- Developing prototypes and MVPs rapidly and converting successful prototypes into reliable production applications.
- Deploying and maintaining applications using modern cloud infrastructure.
- Testing, debugging, monitoring, securing, and continuously improving developed applications.
- Evaluating new AI technologies and determining how they can be commercially incorporated into new projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Python
- React / Next.js
- Node.js and/or Python backend frameworks
- REST APIs and third-party API integration
- SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Git / GitHub
- Cloud deployment and hosting
- Practical experience integrating LLMs and generative AI into applications
- Experience working with AI APIs and SDKs
- Prompt engineering and structured outputs
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Vector databases / embeddings
- AI agents and tool/function calling
- AI workflow automation
- Understanding of model selection, token usage, latency, reliability, and API costs
- A Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering graduate, or someone with equivalent demonstrated technical experience.
- A strong programmer with practical AI development skills.
- Capable of independently taking an idea from concept to a working product.
- Resourceful and able to find efficient technical solutions rather than unnecessarily building everything from scratch.
- Comfortable learning new AI technologies quickly.
- Commercially minded and interested in creating useful, scalable digital products.
- Able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong in problem-solving, research, and troubleshooting.
- Candidates whose experience is limited to basic website design or WordPress.
- Developers with no practical AI/API integration experience.
