Job Description
Digital Marketing & AI Growth Specialist (E-commerce & Retail)We are a growing group of businesses based in Canada, including restaurant brands and retail operations, expanding into e-commerce and digital services.We are looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Marketing & AI Growth Specialist to take ownership of our online presence, drive sales, and lead our digital growth strategy.This is not a basic social media role — we are looking for someone who can think, build, test, and scale.Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all platformsManage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)Improve online visibility and performance on platforms like Uber Eats, Google, and delivery appsBuild and manage websites (Shopify / WordPress or similar)Utilize AI tools to develop websites, SEO, and social media management.
Drive online sales and customer acquisitionCreate and manage content (ads, creatives, campaigns)Analyze performance and continuously improve results (ROI-focused)Implement AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and marketing performanceIdentify new growth opportunities and test new ideas
Proven experience in digital marketing and online growthStrong understanding of Meta Ads and/or Google AdsExperience in website building (Shopify, WordPress, or similar)Creative mindset with the ability to generate and test ideasStrong analytical thinking (understanding performance metrics)Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.) is a strong plusSelf-driven, reliable, and able to work independentlyOpportunity to lead and grow multiple business brandsFreedom to implement your ideas and strategiesLong-term growth opportunityCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonuses
