Job Description
- Supervise and manage aluminum installation teams on site.
- Ensure aluminum works are installed according to approved shop drawings and project specifications.
- Distribute tasks and monitor the performance of installation teams.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers regarding daily site activities.
- Ensure proper installation, alignment, measurements, and finishing of aluminum works.
- Monitor the availability of materials, tools, and equipment required for installation.
- Identify and resolve installation and site-related issues.
- Monitor daily productivity and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular quality checks and report any defects or issues.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in aluminum installation and site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum windows, doors, façades, curtain walls, and related systems.
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings and installation details.
- Proven ability to supervise and manage installation teams.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Previous experience in construction or aluminum projects is preferred.
